Organize PDF Pages

Reorder PDF pages and remove the ones you do not need. Use page previews to put your document into a sensible reading order.

PDF files are processed in your browser, without being uploaded to a server.
HOW IT WORKS

How to organize

Remove an unwanted blank page or put a mixed-up scan back in order. Move pages, leave out the ones you do not need, and save the result as a new PDF. Changes in the editor do not directly modify your original file.

01

Choose a document

Select one PDF of up to 25MB and 200 pages. Identify its cover, main content, and final page before you start rearranging it.

02

Move or remove pages

Move page previews into the order you want and remove unwanted pages. When pages look similar, check their content alongside the original page numbers.

03

Save the organized PDF

Review the sequence from beginning to end, then download. The new document follows your chosen order and must contain at least one page.

Printed page numbers stay the same

Reordering moves pages without changing the numbers printed on them or rewriting a table of contents. A page marked 8 will still show 8 even if you move it to the beginning. Check the document's contents list and reading flow before distributing it.

Inspect apparently blank pages before removing them

Small text, a signature, or a reference note can be hard to see in a thumbnail. If you are unsure, open the original in a PDF viewer before removing the page. Keep the source document so you can start again if you leave something out by mistake.

Organizing pages does not sanitize a document

Removed pages are not copied into the new file. The tool does not redact sensitive text from retained pages or inspect and remove all metadata and hidden information. Review the saved result before sharing it. Preservation of bookmarks, digital signatures, and other additional features is not guaranteed.

A LITTLE HELP

Frequently asked questions

Does deleting a page change my original file?+

No. The editor creates a new PDF without that page. Keep your original separately so you can return to it if needed.

Do page numbers change when I reorder pages?+

Only their positions in the file change. Printed page numbers and the text of a table of contents are not automatically updated.

Can I remove every page and save an empty PDF?+

No. Keep at least one page in the document before exporting it.

How do I organize pages from several PDFs?+

Organize works with one PDF at a time. To bring pages from several files together, use Merge PDF, which also lets you adjust the page order.

Are there unsupported document types?+

Encrypted PDFs and PDFs with form fields are not supported. A file must be no larger than 25MB and no longer than 200 pages. Preservation of digital signature validity, bookmarks, and internal links is not guaranteed.
